Loving Who You Are (Warts and All) ~ A Women's Workshop
In a world that often tells us to be "more" or "better," the most radical thing we can do is love ourselves.
This is a sacred space designed to help you put down the “heavy armor” of perfection and instead together, we will focus on:
· Owning your power and stepping into your authentic self without apology.
· Vibrating in grace and moving into a state of deep forgiveness for yourself and others.
· Shifting your energy to match the joy you want to attract.
· Cultivating inner peace and resilience, even when the world feels difficult.
Come exactly as you are—messy, beautiful, tired and anything in between.

Balancing the Need to Give and the Need to Care for yourself ~ a Women's Workshop
It can feel like walking a tightrope to balance our care for others with care for ourselves. Women get the message that caregiving for others is a requirement but that care for the self is selfish and not to be put above others.
Come explore this dynamic and find your balance.
