Our easy meditations help you remember and experience your Divine self. This is a great meditation for both beginners and those more experienced.

We provide clear step-by-step instructions with the following goals: 

-Reconnect with your power of neutral observation, stepping out of “doing.”

-Center your awareness and attention in the present moment, in your Meditation Sanctuary.

-Connect to your Divine nature and the Divine nature of all things. This is the Divine Source Energy Flow. 

-From your Meditation Sanctuary, you’ll create a connection to the Divine by seeing it and greeting it. 

-Experience your body, mind and spirit as aspects of your Divine self. 


There will be a few minutes after the meditation to share any comments with the group. Commenting is optional.
