10-10:15 – welcome and gathering. - Molly

 10:15 -10:30 – opening meditation  - Tifanei

·       Alignment with the Divine Feminine – this is who you are, this is your Divine self. It’s not some elusive thing out there. The world will tell you that it’s outside yourself (the carrots of a career, family, possessions, lifestyle).

 10:30 - 10:45– concept –  adding - Judy

·       Decision: I’m going to find my power, have control over my life. Then all hell breaks loose!

·       How do we find authenticity?

o   Let go of fear – what happens if people don’t love me if I change from how they’ve known me?

o   Let go of the “carrots” that are external. Beauty standards, poking at the pictures of what women are barraged with in January.

o   Peel back layers from where we’ve fit into other people’s expectations & judgments.

 10:45- 11:00 -– group discussion -  

·   What are your “carrots” – the things being dangled in front of you that are external.

·   Trusting yourself that you’ve made the right decisions.

·   What’s your way of dealing with this? How’s that working for you?

 11:00 - 11:05 – bio break

11:05 – 11:20 –healing meditation - Molly

·   Letting go of self-judgment, bringing in forgiveness & grace as you evolve

 11:20 – 11:50– activity/break out groups  - Jenn

·   What are you letting go of? What are you bringing in?

·   Visual of a recipe of a pie that you’re creating for yourself – what are the ingredients that you want there, what are the ingredients that you want to substitute, what do you want to eliminate or cut out? What is all of this in service of?

·   Reminder that you have the power to design the recipe of your own self-actualization.

11:50 - 12:05 -: - Share whatever came up – Jenn (facilitate) .

·   Revisit what it’s in service of & where you’re going.

·   Invite participants to remember it’s a continual process.
